The basic principles of being spherical are not mystical or cultish. They are not dogmatic or prescriptive. They are  common sense observations that reflect how the world works in the 21st century expressed in spherical terms.

Imagine a world that makes collaboration a first resort, not a last resort, particularly in times of crisis. The only way that can happen is if we are able to shift our mental models to bring them into accord with the new realities.

Why do we need a new approach to collaboration? What are the key factors that shape our lives and interactions? How does the Sphere Model work? What does Spherical Collaboration look like in practice?

In a high-velocity world, we need to unfocus and see the whole sphere.

 When looking at systems as spheres there is seeing and there is seeing.

The sphere is not a shelter or refuge. It cannot keep you safe, and that's a good thing.
